Blufish seems to be a spin-off of The Red Crab, and just like the latter, it's a place for seafood. But first, I wanted to know if they serve dishes without seafood, for those who maintain that pesco-vegetarianism is not vegetarianism at all. I found one, and everything else on the menu seems to be pesco-vegetarian.
Roasted Vegetables Napoleon (P 365.00).
The menu lists the following ingredients: roasted aubergines, bell peppers, wild mushrooms, herbed oils with melted gorgonzola and mozzarella cheese. I just realized though that I'm not that crazy about gorgonzola - molds are molds, but hey, to each his own, right?
Livorno sardines smothered pizza (P 275.00)
Now this was really good, and undoubtedly worth coming back for.
Prawn skewers marinated in sweet coconut tandoori, served with curried vegetable basmati rice (P365.00)
Lots of Indian words from the name of the dish alone, and true enough, the rice has an unmistakable Indian flavor.
Blufish is at the ground floor of the Eastwood Mall in Libis.
