CPK

There's a lot on the menu for pesco-vegetarians at CPK. This is one place where you don't have to feel like you're "settling" for the boring choices on the menu. Most of their salads and pasta dishes are served with a meat-free base, and if you want to, just add your protein on top of it (like shrimp).

Sedona tortilla soup (P 145.00)
Tomatoes, tomatillos, and corn with mild green chillies and southwestern spices, garnished with corn tortilla chips.

Lettuce wraps (P 675.00)
Shitake mushrooms. water chestnuts and green onions in a soy ginger sauce. Served on a bed of crispy rice noodles with a side of chili ginger sauce. You have a choice of shrimp or chicken.

Thai linguini (P 465.00)
Spicy thai peanut ginger sauce with julienne carrots, green onions, cilantro and roasted peanuts, topped with fresh bean sprouts.

Portobello mushroom ravioli with garlic cream (P 625.00)

There was nothing boring about these dishes - they were so flavorful and filling.  Took these photos at their branch in Shang Mall.
