Tia Maria's

Mexican food is so flavorful, and a lot of people wouldn't want to turn vegetarian because they don't want to give up the rich flavors of Mexican cooking. While admittedly there aren't a lot of vegetarian options in Mexican restaurants, it's great to see Tia Maria's coming up with fish dishes.
